Financial Aid Program
Northland Christian School’s long-term goal is to provide Christian education that is accessible and sustainable. Our ongoing desire is to partner with Christian families in the discipleship and education of their children. For that purpose, the Board of Education has authorized a Tuition Assistance Program to aid families in the cost of tuition.
The financial assistance process is to be completed AFTER the enrollment process is completed and enrollment fee is paid.

SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Please take a look at each of these to see if your student(s) may qualify and reach out to financialaid@ncblazers.org with any questions. These have some differing qualifications so some families may only qualify for one but others may be eligible for multiple. For example, if you currently receive the MOScholars scholarship, it is very possible you could also receive ACE and use them both! Or, if you don’t meet all the requirements for MOScholars, you could possibly still qualify for ACE. Also, families that currently receive MOScholars for one student should be eligible to receive it for their other students next year. If you do meet the qualifications and move forward with applying, please email financialaid@ncblazers.org so that they can be on the lookout for those awards.
MOScholars Scholarship Program
In 2021, the Missouri Legislature created the MOScholars Scholarship Program that currently provides up to $7,145 each year for qualifying students. Families can use these funds to create a customized educational experience that meets their children’s unique needs.
Qualifying families are awarded up to $7,145 per year per child.
Prescreening and applications are currently open for 2026-2027.

Financial Aid Facts
1.
Applicants must go through the enrollment process first. An applicant’s financial ability is not a factor in the admission decision.
2.
Our program is a need-based program. Once the application windows are open, current families are welcome to apply after completing online re-enrollment and paying the re-enrollment fee. New families are welcome to apply once the application portion is complete and the application fee is paid. The maximum award is 50% of the tuition balance per student after any discounts or scholarships are applied.
3.
Many factors are considered in determining awarded amounts. This includes income, expenses, debt, account history, and financial hardships. Non-financial criteria that is considered includes a student's academic, attendance, and discipline records.
4.
Parents must apply for tuition assistance each year through an online application process that requires tax returns and additional financial documents.
Deadlines
Current families can begin applying for aid on January 8. First Consideration deadline for returning families is February
13, with those decision notifications sent out around the end of March. New families can begin applying on February 18. Second round reviews will be notified around the end of April, and ongoing. Additional applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis until August 1st. However, the majority of financial aid resources will be committed to families whose applications are completed and submitted on a first-come come first first-served basis. Any families seeking financial aid after this date will need to reach out to financialaid@ncblazers.org. A new application must be submitted every year.
Eligibility
Only families who feel that they are not able to pay full tuition should apply. For the 2026-27 school year, tuition assistance is only available for full-time students enrolling in grades K-12. Any account balances owed by the applicant must be current in order for the tuition assistance application to be considered. Once tuition assistance is granted, aid may be revoked in the event of non-payment. If aid is awarded and a scholarship is later received, tuition assistance will be re-evaluated for any eligibility after the scholarship is applied.
Process
Applications will be completed
through FACTS. The application period will open on January 8 for current families. Apply by completing the application form. ALL requested verification paperwork must be remitted to complete the application. The cost to submit an application is $40 per family and is non-refundable. The program is coordinated through the school's accounting department, superintendent, and a financial aid committee. Current family re-enrollment fees and new family application fees must be paid before a family’s aid application will be considered by the financial aid committee.
While the school is not able to provide financial assistance to every deserving student, we make every attempt to work within the available resources for that school year to make the school accessible to as many students as possible.
